Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo is an American actress, and also an author. She started her career with the daytime soap operas One Life to Live and Guiding Light and in later years had several secondary roles in primetime television. Andrea Navedo was born 10 October 1977, in The Bronx New York United States. Navedo started her acting career with an afternoon soap. In 1995-1997, she played Linda Soto in ABC's soap production One Life to Live. In 1999, she was part of the cast of the CBS soap production Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. Her film debut came with a brief appearance as a character in Girl 6 (1996) then appeared in the episodes New York Undercover and The District. Navedo appeared in Double Take, an action-comedy film that debuted in 2001. The action drama Washington Heights was released the following year. Navedo as Detective Ana Cordova in the NBC show Law & Order from 2001 until 2004. Later, he appeared in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages and Blue Bloods as well as Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages. Navedo was also in a variety of movies, such as El Cantante and Remember Me. From 2011 to 2013, Navedo also had recurring roles on How to Make It in America Golden Boy and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Superfast!, a comedy movie in which she starred. The Fast and the Furious parody released in 2015 was a parody of the Fast and the Furious television series. Navedo started her acting career by appearing in soaps that aired on the daytime. In 1995-1997, she portrayed Linda Soto on ABC's soap opera One Life to Live. She joined CBS's Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. The actress made her debut in film as a part-time actress in Girl 6 (1996) and she later appeared on episodes of New York Undercover and The District. Navedo starred with Double Take, an action-comedy film from 2001.
